The Listening Board (TLB) is an independent Advisory firm that is engaged by clients to ensure that all aspects of their businesses are managed and implemented efficiently. At the same time, operational procedures will be examined to ensure that the integrity, standards, and codes of conduct are appropriate, in this fast changing world of compliance and corporate responsibility.
The Listening Board acts as an advisor to the Founders and Senior Management of companies that are in need of an independent assessment of their current strategy, trading and financial position. Ownership of these issues, the agenda and the outcomes, are vital to ensure success is delivered in a timely and cost effective manner. Our Advisory role is implemented in a structured, personalised way, similar to that of a Non-Executive Director, or in a more bespoke manner that allows for more frequent and involved engagement. The impartial guidance provided, is based off a broad knowledge and working experience in financial markets and the corporate world.
